RAZZOR RANCH RULES, REGULATIONS, & AGREEMENT STATEMENTS "The hunter" in any position of this document refers to the customer (client) signing and participating in this service under these agreements and rules. State and federal hunting regulations do apply. All prices and fees outlined in this document are charged in United States Dollars (USD) and only in United States Dollars. This agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties relating to the subject matter outlined in this agreement and supersedes all other prior agreements, understandings, or arrangements, both in written and oral form. 1. ALL WEAPONS, INCLUDING BOWS, ARE TO BE KEPT UNLOADED WHILE NOT IN THE PROCESS OR ACTIVITY OF ACTIVELY HUNTING. ALL ARROWS ARE TO BE KEPT IN A QUIVER SO THAT BROADHEADS ARE NOT EXPOSED. NO HOLLOW POINT OR FULL METAL JACKET BULLETS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED. ALWAYS KEEP THE MUZZLE OF GUNS OR ARROWHEADS POINTED AWAY FROM ANY PERSON. 2. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TRACK A WOUNDED OR SHOT ANIMAL WITHOUT YOUR GUIDE PRESENT. DO NOT WALK FURTHER THAN A 20-YARD RADIUS FROM YOUR STAND, STAY WITHIN THIS RADIUS WHENEVER POSSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY. 3. DO NOT CONSUME ALCOHOL OR ANY DRUGS BEFORE OR DURING A HUNT. THE LEGAL CONSEQUENCES OF CARRYING A FIREARM WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR OTHER SUBSTANCES WILL BE HANDLED BY THE APPROPRIATE LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES. If you take prescription drugs, please inform us and law enforcement immeditately about the drug, the dosage, the potential side-effects, and how it can alter behavior to avoid mistakenly applied charges. 4. GUARANTEED HUNTS ARE AT A HIGHER COST, and must be stated before hunting. CHEWING OR SMOKING IN YOUR STAND VOIDS THIS GUARENTEE. ALL CELL PHONES ARE TO BE PUT ON VIBRATE ONLY. 5. NO MORE THAN 3 SHELLS ARE TO BE IN A WEAPON AT ANY TIME DURING A HUNT. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. 6. DO NOT SHOOT EAR-TAGGED ANIMALS! CERTAIN ANIMALS ON OUR PROPERTY ARE FOR BREEDING PURPOSES ONLY. HARMING ANY OF THESE ANIMALS IS STRICTLY PROHIBTED AND WILL RESULT IN THE OFFENDER BEING LIABLE FOR THE COSTS OF THE SHOT OR INJURED ANIMAL. 7. YOU MAY NOT SHOOT ANIMALS YOU ARE NOT BOOKED FOR WITHOUT PRIOR PERMISSION OF THE OWNER. (For example, if you booked a hog hunt, you are not allowed to hunt anything that is not a hog.) ALTHOUGH THIS IS PRIVATE PROPERTY, SOME STATE AND FEDERAL HUNTING RULES DO APPLY, SUCH AS SEASONS, BAG LIMITS, ETC. 8. BE AWARE THAT THE ANIMALS YOU ARE HUNTING ARE WILD AND ARE CAPABLE OF FIGHTING. THIS MAY RESULT IN MISSING CUTTERS, CHEWED EARS, BROKEN HORNS, POINTS, SCRATCHES AND CUTS IN HIDES. OTHER DAMAGES ARE POSSIBLE. 9. IT IS THE HUNTER'S DECISION, AND ONLY THE HUNTER'S DECISION, TO SHOOT OR NOT SHOOT. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE, THE HUNTER IS FULLY LIABLE FOR THE HUNTER'S OWN ACTIONS. THE GUIDE MAY TELL YOU ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE SHOOTING TO THE BEST OF THEIR KNOWLEDGE. THIS IS AN ESTIMATE OF TYPE, SIZE, TROPHY, WEIGHT, ANIMAL CONDITION, SCORING, AND ANY OTHER INFORMATION. IT IS THE HUNTER'S FULL RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THAT THE RIGHT ANIMAL IS BEING SHOT. FOR ANY HIT OR BLOOD DRAWN ON ANY ANIMAL, FOUND OR NOT, THE HUNTER IS FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ALL DUE FEES. 10. ANY GUARANTEED HUNTS, HUNT DATE RESCEDULE(S), AND SHOT-OR-NOT-SHOT ANIMALS ARE DETERMINED SOLELY BY THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY. ANY GUARANTEED HUNT GIVES YOU A SHOT OPPORTUNITY. THIS DOES NOT COVER WOUNDED ANIMALS, MISSED SHOTS, WEATHER CONDITIONS, OTHER ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS, OR SHOT OPPORTUNITIES NOT TAKEN BY THE HUNTER. NO KILL, NO PAY. GUARANTEED HUNTS ARE ONLY SELECT HUNTS AS DEEMED BY THE OWNER AND MUST BE STATED BEFORE YOU HUNT. 11. ALL PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS TAKEN MAY BE USED FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES. CLIENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE VIDEOS. 12. THE USAGE OF ANY RENTALS/BORROWED EQUIPMENT WILL BE UNDER THE HUNTER'S FULL RESPONSIBILITY. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGED, LOST, BROKEN, OR STOLEN EQUIPMENT. EXCEPTIONS ARE MADE FOR ANY MALFUNCTIONS IN EQUIPMENT, BUT THESE ARE NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF RAZZOR RANCH'S GUIDES OR OWNER. 13. HALF-DAY HUNTS START AT 2:00 OR 4:00 PM UNTIL DARK. FULL- DAY HUNTS START AT 6:00 OR 7:00 AM UNTIL DARK. THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL COST OF $100.00 USD PER PERSON ON BOAR HUNTS OR SPECIAL RATE HUNTS. STARTING TIMES WILL DEPEND ON THE TIME OF YEAR. TIME EXTENSIONS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL CHARGES. 14. DO NOT SHOOT, KILL, OR OTHERWISE WOUND HUNTING DOGS. CONSEQUENTIAL FEES START AT A MINIMUM OF $2,500.00 USD. 15. FOLLOW THE RULES ON THE SHOOTING RANGE AT ALL TIMES. 16. THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR BAITS, GUIDES, RENTALS, FUEL, ICE, LODGING, TIME EXTENSIONS, FOOD AND DRINKS, DAILY RATES, DELIVERY OF MEAT, CLEANING GAME, OR DOG USAGE, SHOULD THESE BE PRESENT DURING A HUNT. SOME CHARGES MAY BE INCLUDED IN CERTAIN HUNT PACKAGES. ANY GAME YOU KILL WILL HAVE SKINNING FEES, EVEN IF YOU DONATE IT OR NOT. WE DO NOT WASTE THE ANIMAL OR ITS PRODUCT(S). 17. ANY GAME NOT CLEANED BY STAFF MUST BE TAKEN WHOLE. THE RAZZOR RANCH OWNER AND STAFF WIL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR MISTAKES MADE WHILE COMPLETING ANY SKINNING, QUARTERING, OR CAPING OF ANY ANIMALS. (We will not deliver, ship, or hold any meat anywhere.) 18. YOU MUST KEEP ANY CABINS, BARNS, ATVS, TRUCKS, AND HUNTING AREAS CLEAN. LITTERING WILL RESULT IN A MINIMUM CLEANING FEE OF $100.00 USD. (What you bring here is what you leave with.) 19. THE OWNER MAY MAKE CHANGES TO, MAKE JUDGEMENTS UPON, OR INTERPRET THESE AGREEMENTS AND TERMS OF SERVICE AT ANY TIME. 20. IF YOU ARE HUNTING A HOG FOR MEAT, ANY HOG WITH AT LEAST ONE TUSK THAT IS 1 AND A HALF INCHES PAST THE GUN LINE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED AS IF THAT WAS A TROPHY HUNT. EXTREME HUNTS WILL COST $1,495 USD, NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE OR NEGOTIATED. 21. WOUNDED GAME WILL ONLY BE TRACKED AS LONG AS BLOOD IS FOUND. PROPER SHOT PLACEMENT IS VITIAL FOR PROCURING YOUR GAME. 22. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE WEIGHT, COLOR, SEX, TUSK SIZE, ANTLERS OR SPECIES OF BIRD OR ANY ANIMALS FOUND IN HUNTS. We trap, buy, and release (captive reared birds & animals at times ) for hunting! 23. A ton of work is completed before you begin your hunt by all guides in order to greatly increase your success. We feed the animals, scout, check stands/timers/batteries, fix roads, cars, and more. We've determined that a tip of 20% of your total bill towards the guides and other staff is respectful and greatly appreciated! 24. ALL DEPOSITS ARE FOR HUNTING DATES, NOT GAME ANIMALS. AT TIMES, A GAME ANIMAL MAY BE SHOT OUT, OR IS TOO YOUNG TO HUNT. 25. At this time, we only accept payments in the form of physical cash. (We charge 8% on credit, the card holder/signer agrees to pay all charges in cash within 48 hours) 26. RAZZOR RANCH IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGED OR LOST TROPHIES HELD FOR TAXIDERMY WORK. 27. This agreement will additionally be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the state laws of Florida, without regard to its conflicts. Any term or provision of this agreement that can not be determined as valid or enforceable by any court of jurisdiction shall not affect any other term or provision of this agreement. 28. A daily rate of $295 to $350 (dependent on game hunted and group size) is due if no game is shot on a hunt day. All visitors must state that they are not hunting and will agree to pay a fee starting at $100.00 per day. 29. IF YOU NEED OR WANT ANYTHING DIFFERENT FROM THE ORIGINAL PLANS OR OTHERWISE DONE IN YOUR OWN WAY, PLEASE INFORM YOUR GUIDE IMMEDIATELY SO THAT WE MAY TRY OUR BEST TO ACCOMODATE. (NOTICE: The number of active hunters will limit the ability to walk or ride around at times.) 30. Special price or discounted hunts will have animal weight and size limits applied; going above stated limits will invalidate discounts and incur a full price charge. By agreeing to these terms, you hold yourself responsible for your own actions, and are fully aware that any infraction of the above rules and regulations stated will result in the end of your hunt with daily rates and/or a trophy fee being due. There will be no refunds given if you violate these terms of service and agreements.

Any questions, problems with pricing, trophy animal or not, special price hunts, animal weight, dates, or times, will be answered. We will follow this agreement and let you review it at any point in time. The end of your hunt is not the time to say you were not informed, didn't understand, or you disagreed with any section of this agreement. Please ask questions if you have any!
