Giant Trophy Boar Hunt in Florida We were hunting on a small piece of land with dogs, when all of a sudden a monster blew out of the palmettos and crashed into a tree. Boom a dog hit an ear, then another dog hit just as the giant boar threw our dog in a small pond. I then grab the boar and my hunting partner grab a hold of him, and the boar kicked out and threw me to the ground. Just then our dog hit again thank god. I jumped up grabbed a hold again and we stabbed the giant under the front leg and held on. It took the boar about two minutes before he gave it up. What a boar hunt. Bottom line is if you’re using dogs on a boar hunt and one gets tossed into a pond you better hang on. The trophy boar weighed 368 pounds. Wow!
